I believe English should support your life and your growth, not just your job.
When I started working with tech professionals, I thought my job was just to help with technical English for their jobs and daily tasks.
That all changed when two clients told me about a simple issue they had at a hotel. They didn't have "enough English" to explain the problem, and it took 30 frustrating minutes to solve a 5-minute situation.
At that moment, I realised one thing: technical English is only half the story.
Sometimes you need to solve a problem on your own, make small talk over coffee, prepare for an interview, explain an idea, or simply enjoy a conversation without mentally translating every sentence.
I believe:
- English should go beyond explaining code architecture.
- You deserve to feel as comfortable discussing your weekend plans as you do leading a sprint.
- Language should expand your opportunities, not limit them.
That's why I created EnglishBeyondCode—to help tech professionals communicate naturally, competently, and with greater freedom.

Over the years, I've taught at university, worked as an in-house trainer in tech companies, and coordinated teachers at a language academy in Barcelona. These experiences have shaped the way I teach today: practical, thoughtful, and centred on real communication.

One day I thought to myself, "I have the qualifications, global experience, and a good understanding of the tech world. I can apply it all to help people connect their technical skills and their human potential."
And that is how EnglishBeyondCode started. It brings together my background in language teaching, my experience working with the tech industry, and my belief that English should help people communicate, not just perform tasks.
