General Overview


  • Format: in-person or online; small group format (3–6 participants).

  • Content: sessions are tailored to the Client's needs and objectives. Training includes vocabulary building, essential grammar practice, and real-life tasks designed to strengthen speaking, listening, and communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Training focus: general communication skills (non-technical English) + maintenance and improvement of technical English relevant to the IT sector.

  • Programme package (per group): monthly package including 4 sessions, weekly manageable tasks aligned with the participants' level and goals, and detailed feedback after each session with session notes.
  • Session length: 55 minutes
  • Frequency: once per week (other arrangements possible upon agreement)
  • Timetable: established by mutual agreement, taking into account both the Trainer's availability and the Client's workload.
  • Location: on the Client’s premises (for in-person training)

  • Language level assessment: provided free of charge before the start of training; based on the results, participants may be divided into groups according to level (minimum entry level: B1). Depending on the range of language levels, up to 3–4 groups may be formed.

  • Equipment required (for in-person training): minimum – table and chairs, Wi-Fi connection. Preferred – audiovisual equipment (projector, screen, speakers, a suitable cable to connect the Trainer’s laptop to the screen)

  • Contract type: freelance service agreement

  • Language level assessment – free of charge
  • Monthly package (for 1 group): 400

4. Is there a trial option available before a long-term commitment?

Yes. The programme begins with a one-month paid trial to help you determine if it is the right fit. The trial fee is paid in advance and is non-refundable, but at the end of the month, if you decide not to continue, you are free to stop with no further obligations or costs. If you choose to continue, the training agreement then requires a minimum commitment of 4 months.
