- Initial assessment: a comprehensive language level assessment free of charge (minimum entry level: B1).
- Schedule: flexible hours to adapt to your team's workload and sprint cycles.
- Approach: 55-minute sessions tailored to your team’s roles, focused on active practice, and based on simulated business scenarios and typical industry challenges.
- Tailored content: sessions are built around your experts’ objectives, proficiency levels, and business priorities.
- Progress tracking: regular reports for HR stakeholders (typically on a quarterly basis).
- Monthly package: includes 4 sessions per group and concise feedback recaps and session notes for all participants.
- Agreement: Freelance service agreement (Factura).
- Monthly Investment: €450 (per group)

Tax Info: Prices are net and subject to IRPF withholding. Training is VAT (IVA) exempt under Spanish law.

At the end of the pilot, if you see the training isn't the right fit for your team, you are free to stop with no further obligations. If you choose to continue, we then move into a standard service agreement with a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure sustainable, long-term results.
